OOTD | Leopard Palazzo Pants | Chic
3:17 PM
Okay ladies so I finally got my new laptop cord in the mail the other day so I'm catching up on my blog posts now. If you follow me on Instagram/Facebook than you know my old one broke and I had to order a new one. Omg, the cord took forever to get here! I ordered my melt cosmetics lipstick days after the cord and got that in only a few days. Okay, enough ranting about my technical difficulties and on to this vintage chic inspired ootd.
I'm wearing a pair of wide leg/palazzo pants that I made using one of my fave fabrics, a leopard bed sheet from Walmart. Super easy tutorial for these pants sans the pockets is on my YouTube channel here. The DKNY Jeans faux suede jacket was a great find at TJMaxx for only $29!
My hijab is an infinity scarf from World Market here. I added a headpiece to give my look a vintage feel. The ring is is from F21.
The top was a gift I received from Bubble Gum hijab in our international swap and it's from Primark. If you would like to see the swap video click here.
This clutch that I love and wear often is another piece from the swap and is from Primark also. It's hard to tell in the pics but I used Sinful Colors nail appliques in lace for the mani. Really pretty in person but just looks like I have black smudges on my nails in the pics.
I loved this look and it shows that sometimes less really is more. I kept it very simple using the leopard print as my something extra and added a pop of color with the red lipstick.
Lets' chat! I hope that you ladies like this ootd and I would love it if you left a comment below sharing your thoughts. Of course, as always feel free to share! :-)
